Erik van de Loo
Erik van de Loo is specialised in the design and implementation of fundamental change processes in organisation, culture and leadership. In his consultancy practice he advises national and multi-national firms in different economic sectors.
Erik van de Loo is Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD where he is program director of the international postgraduate Executive Masters in Clinical Approaches to Management, Coaching and Consulting for Change Program (CCC), together with Manfred Kets de Vries and Roger Lehman. Erik van de Loo is Professor of Leadership and Behaviour at Tias School for Business and Society. Erik van de Loo studied Clinical Psychology at the Radboud University Nijmegen and received his PhD at the Leiden University. He is psychoanalyst and received a masters degree in Work and Organisation in Occupational Health (SIOO). He is member and co-founder of the International Society for Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations.

Thyra de Graaff
Thyra de Graaff is specialised in the design and implementation of in-house specific programmes, providing a focus on executive leadership, personal and professional development, change management, teambuilding and high-performance teams. In her consultancy practice she advises (multi) national companies.
Thyra de Graaff is a coach of individual (top)leaders and executive teams. She helps to create reflective space for leaders and leadership teams in order to enable them to become more effective in the interrelated change processes on an individual, team and organisational level.
She works as an executive coach for INSEAD Global Leadership Centre (IGLC) in France. She is active as an executive coach in the In Board Program for INSEAD alumni and in INSEAD’s Coaching and Consulting for Change Program, helping leaders to better understand themselves in their roles and interactions with individual employees, teams and organizations.
Thyra de Graaff obtained a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology at Leiden University and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. She is a licensed Psychotherapist (Big Register).
She is a member of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (N.I.P.), member of the International Society for Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations.
As partner of Phyleon Governance and Leadership, Jaap Winter advises boards of executive and non-executive directors on governance and board leadership.
He was President of The Executive Board of The Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from December 2013 until December 2017. Before that, he was partner of the Amsterdam based law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
Jaap is professor of international company law at the University of Amsterdam, professor of Corporate Law, Governance and Behaviour at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Distinguished Visiting Professor of Corporate Governance at Insead in France.
He was the chairman of the High Level Group of Company Law Experts that advised the EU Commission on Corporate Law and Corporate Governance in the EU in 2001-2002 and he was a member of the Tabaksblat Committee that drafted the Dutch Corporate Governance Code in 2003.
Jaap is member of the Supervisory Board of Randstad N.V. and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Van Gogh Museum.

Els Kroonenberg - Boonacker
Els Kroonenberg-Boonacker performs board reviews and advises boards of executive and non-executive directors on governance and board leadership. She is experienced in advising leadership within the context of law firms. Els has a background as an M&A and corporate governance lawyer at law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and as international associate at law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. Following her career as a lawyer, she also held positions as Head of Human Resources and Head of Business Solutions (non-legal staff) at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
Els Kroonenberg-Boonacker obtained a Master’s degree in European and International Law from Leiden University, studied Strategic Human Resources Management at the AOG School of Management / University of Groningen and she is completing her Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change at INSEAD. She is also a member of the board of the foundation Complex Care United (2CU).
